OEIC (OPEN-ENDED INVESTMENT COMPANY)
A type of pooled investment fund. It’s similar to a unit trust except that an OIEC has a simpler and more transparent charging structure.

Offshore company
A company incorporated in an offshore financial centre.

Open-End Fund
An open-end fund is a mutual fund issuing unlimited shares of investments in stocks and/or bonds. It is a type of mutual fund that does not have restrictions on the amount of shares the fund can issue.
