Ardan's new platform is here

We’ve launched our new look Ardan Platform. It offers you a quicker and more intuitive experience - read on to find out how to get started.

How can I access the new system?

First steps:

New users – If you’re signing up with us for the first time, you’ll be asked to complete an application form. Once we’ve received this, we’ll send you an email containing an enrolment link.

Existing users - We’ll send you an email containing an enrolment link. You’ll need your existing User ID and an up-to-date mobile number. The mobile number must be the same number we currently hold for you as our new two-factor authentication process means we will send an access message to that number.

Next steps:

Both new and existing users - We’ll send a single use security code to your registered mobile phone number, which you’ll be asked to enter on screen. You’ll then be asked to create a password and answers for 3 security questions.

You can now log in to the Platform and get started.

What differences will I notice once I’ve enrolled?

Easy to navigate landing page

Once you’ve logged in you’ll arrive at our all new landing page where you’ll be able to see the total value of all of the portfolios in your user account, displayed in your default currency.

Overall, it’s a much more streamlined experience.

Individual portfolio screens – improvements

You’ll see the overall portfolio value in its base currency. We now display all Cash Accounts in the actual, true currency of that account meaning you won’t have to keep flipping between currencies anymore.

Another improvement sees the screen display Available Cash – this is money that is not yet invested. It automatically takes into account the cash retention limit and any trades in progress. Essentially, it’s a summary of the cash available to invest in conjunction with your adviser.

Performance

We’ve moved all asset performance information to the Download Valuation area of the platform. The PDF document will provide a simple summary of the overall performance of the portfolio versus the total amount paid in, along with a breakdown of the performance of each asset held within the portfolio.

What’s next for the all new Ardan platform?

This is just the beginning. We’ll be introducing a series of enhancements, so watch this space.

We’ll be in touch again when we have more news to share.
